Activities will take place in:
- University Centre Jock-Turcot (building code 85 UCU) for the registration, main presentations and the panel
- Morisset building (building code 65 MRT) for sessions and demo zone.
Buildings are adjacent and connected, no need to go outside. Registration will be in front of the alumni auditorium at the University Centre Jock-Turcot.
The building is wheelchair accessible. Follow the ramp and you can enter at the doors on the right. Once you are inside (you will be on the first floor) follow the signs to the elevator, select ground floor (G) and you will arrive on the main floor, turn to the right and go around the corner and you will find the registration table and the alumni auditorium where the day’s event will begin. We encourage participants to walk or take public transit to get there. Parking is also available.

Please don't use the Parking lot K in front of Morisset, it's reserve for permit holders until 3pm. The Brooks garage, located at 100 Thomas More Private, is well located and is 16$/day.

Food and drinks are not provided. So bring your lunch and something to drink. Water fountains are available on campus.
